These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the access to and use of the EG33 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated services, games, content, features, and functionality made available at eg33.casa and any related sub-domains or mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under guardianship, declared bankrupt, or otherwise legally incapacitated from entering contracts are ineligible to register.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the EG33 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. EG33 does not hold a Malaysian government-issued gaming licence, as no such regulatory framework exists for online gambling in Malaysia. Malaysian users acknowledge this and accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws before participating.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
To access the full features of the EG33 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and up to date. EG33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided and to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. EG33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify EG33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
EG33 operates a mandatory KYC programme. Before processing any withdrawal, we require Users to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and, where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.
EG33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of approved payment methods. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Currently approved deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed during the deposit or withdrawal process.
Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within seconds. FPX bank transfers are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations, which may vary by coin. EG33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method held in the User's own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see Clause 4.3) and internal fraud checks before approval. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow and e-wallets, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals. EG33 reserves the right to extend processing times in exceptional circumstances. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.
The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposit amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. EG33 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR value of cryptocurrency transactions.
EG33 offers various promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet sizes, and expiry periods are specified in the applicable promotion terms. Players are advised to read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion.
EG33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct that EG33 determines to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer.
A 2% bonus (up to MYR 688 per transaction) is credited automatically upon qualifying cryptocurrency deposits. This bonus is subject to standard wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. The bonus percentage and cap are subject to change at EG33's discretion with reasonable prior notice.
All wagers placed on the EG33 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this Clause as well as the specific Game Rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event.
EG33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion. A wager is not accepted until a confirmation is received by the User through the Platform interface. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the wager shall be deemed void.
In the event of a palpable error in odds, game outcomes, or payouts — including system errors or software malfunctions — EG33 reserves the right to void affected bets and reverse any related transactions. Users shall not benefit from obvious pricing errors, and EG33 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.
Sports betting rules, including settlement procedures for events involving Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events, are governed by the specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and specific sports rules, the specific sports rules shall prevail.
Maximum payout limits per game, bet type, or event may apply. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted without notice. Payment of any single winning in excess of the stated maximum payout limit is not obligatory, and the maximum payout limit shall apply regardless of the theoretical return of any wager.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the EG33 Platform. Breach of this Clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All intellectual property rights in the EG33 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and game content, are owned by or licensed to EG33. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting Users any rights in respect of such intellectual property, other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of EG33.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EG33 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Upon account closure for cause, EG33 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting EG33 Customer Support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed subject to the completion of any pending withdrawals and satisfaction of all outstanding obligations.
These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which EG33 holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact EG33 Customer Support via live chat to attempt informal resolution. EG33 endeavours to resolve all genuine complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
Where informal resolution is not possible, Users may submit a formal written complaint to EG33 at the contact address set out in Clause 15. EG33 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
EG33 expressly acknowledges that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from online gambling activities conducted via platforms operating under foreign licences. Malaysian Users proceed on this basis and acknowledge that dispute resolution will be conducted under the governing law of EG33's licensing jurisdiction.
EG33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, EG33 will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
The version of the Terms in force at the time of a dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute. All previous versions of the Terms are superseded upon publication of a new version.
